Recently I'm finding a way to post binary files (esp. Executables) to www in printable chars..aka UUencode,but there's lack of a handy Windows program to do it..beside those old DOS programs. So I decided to code my own En/Decoder using Win32 Assembly. The resulting program is tiny and fast! ;) Who would use a 400KB enc0der which require dozen DLL to run?! :P

Usage: The dialog has 2 buttons:
click Encode to open a binary file and produce a new .uue file
click Decode to open a .uue file and convert it back to a binary file
that's it.
